There was something really special about the mix of ages in this space. Different seasons. Different stories. Different perspectives.

When we sit across from someone who’s lived a little more or has a different lived experience…we gain wisdom, language, and understanding we can’t quite get on our own.

Younger women were reminded they’re not alone in what they’re walking through and older women were reminded of where they’ve been—and how much they carry to offer.

We need each other.
In real, shared space.

There’s something sacred about being seen, known, and shaped by women in every season of life 🤍

We often to expect ourselves to “handle” change well - especially when it is something we wanted!

But your nervous system really loves predictability, and when life shifts your system has to reorganize. And that, my friends, takes energy.

This is why you might feel:
🫶🏽 More tired than usual
🫶🏽 Emotionally sensitive
🫶🏽 Less focused
🫶🏽 Easily overwhelmed

This doesn’t necessarily mean things are wrong. It just means your body is adapting to new information!

Be patient with yourself in new seasons. Adjustment is a whole-body experience and process.

I am letting myself linger here a bit longer, taking a moment to bring rest to my mind and notice what is around me.
